Every year we approach a few new celebrities & public figures who we know to be passionate about conservation. This year we were delighted that Joni Mitchell joined our campaign and sent in an artwork from California. We thought we’d try The Duke & Duchess of Cambridge as they were isolating in their Norfolk home on the Sandringham estate. We didn’t really expect their participation as they support so many causes already, are really busy people and don’t normally donate artwork/signatures. Still, if you don’t ask, you don’t get!
Prince William is a huge advocate for the environment and conservation and Robert saw him at the Illegal Wildlife Conference in 2018. EAE really appreciates the publicity he generates for the issues that we all work to support. We’ve also been supported in the past by Prince Harry. Sadly, as expected, they were unable to support us but had this lovely letter sent wishing us well with the campaign. There’s always 2022…;)
