Summary of Awards

SKETCH FOR SURVIVAL

Sketch for Survival 100 Artist of the Year 2024.

The winner is selected by our expert panel and receives an engraved trophy and is invited to participate in our On the Brink collection in 2025 (artwork sold on a 50/50 basis)

The Leisure Painter’s People’s Choice Award

The winner is chosen by the public, through an online vote. It goes to the artwork in the collection with the most votes. The winner receives an engraved trophy.

The Artist Award

The winner is chosen by the editorial team of The Artist Magazine and is awarded to the artist who in their opinion best captures the spirit of the Sketch for Survival in a two dimensional drawing or painting of any medium. The winning artist will be featured in The Artist (in December or January) and receive a complimentary one year digital subscription to the magazine. Theya lso receive an engraved trophy.

SKETCH FOR SURVIVAL JUNIOR

Sketch for Survival Junior Artist of the Year 2024 (Under 7; 8-12 years; 13-16 years)

The winners in each age category, decided by our panel,  receives a certificate.

Sketch for Survival Junior – Best UK School 2024 and Best International School 2024

The winners in each category, decided by our panel, receive a certificate.
